The De Angelus Estates is a sustainable development inclusive of Green Economy, Agro-Development and Training, Education, Tourism Development and Training, Skills Development Training, as well as Hospitality Development and Training, via the Lugar De Angelus Wellness Retreat.
Roadside Village Development

The development of Roadside Village will lend itself to the creation of a Training hub as well as making provision for a Retirement componant, the upgrade of the School, Police station and its accommodations, Post Office and Farm Stores. It also includes the creation of a children's village and place of safety which in its entirety is a concept founded on mystic principles.
Van Reenen Village & Rail Meander

The general upgrade and marketing of the Village of Van Reenen as a Tourist destination is foreseen in collaboration with Tourism Van Reenen. The creation of the Highlands Rail Meander through the De Angelus Estates aims to traverse the Drakensberg from Lady Smith, Van Reenen, Harrismith, Bethlehem through to Fickburg and return.
